The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and the rooms were always clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with many shops and amenities nearby.
The short shower curtain in the rooms, which resulted in a wet bathroom floor. one of the beds had a broken base, which led to an uncomfortable night's sleep and waking up with aches.

The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from a bus stop with direct buses to the O2, some of which run 24 hours. This makes it easy to explore popular attractions like the Southbank fountains or catch a show at the O2. the hotel is enroute to the station, making it convenient for travelers. Lastly, guests can find a Sansbury supermarket nearby, providing a convenient option for any grocery needs.
One downside to staying at this hotel is the lack of storage space in the rooms, with no table, bedside table, or suitcase stand provided.
